Bill MacKay
Bill is the president and founder of Advantage Wealth Systems. He has been involved in business and finance for over 35 years. At the age of 23 Bill managed the Visa Credit division of the Toronto Dominion Bank in Winnipeg, MB. Bill eventually left TD to start up several successful businesses throughout his career. He started his own consulting business in 2003, which has grown into Advantage Wealth Systems Inc.
Bobby MacKay
Bobby started working for Advantage part-time in 2004 while studying Commerce at the I.H. Asper School of Business at the University of Manitoba. He graduated in December of 2007 from Commerce (Honours with Distinction) with a major in Finance. Bobby took a brief leave from Advantage to join Shell Canada in their Commercial Marketing Office. He decided to return home to utilize his talents in the Financial Industry. Bobby is excited about what the future holds for Advantage Wealth Systems and its clients.
Michael MacKay
Michael studied Electrical Engineering at the University of Manitoba from 2000 to 2005. After graduating, he moved to Calgary to work as an Engineer for EnCana Corporation. During his time with EnCana, Michael was awarded the company’s highest honor, the President’s Award. In August 2007, he moved back to Winnipeg to work with Advantage Wealth Systems. Michael’s roles at Advantage are development of its information systems, financial illustration software, and legal compliance.
Jery Khounnasene
Jery has been with Advantage since 2005. Jery’s roles include client services, administration, logistics, and business communications. She has an interest in Human Resource Management, and is currently studying HR at the University of Manitoba in addition to working at Advantage full time.
